Hops on the Ohio will be the nation's first-ever two-state beer festival. The event will take place on the Purple People Bridge and feature more than 200 craft beers to sample, including several special releases. Tickets start at $35 and can be purchased online now.
To help further celebrate Oktoberfest, the Over-the-Rhine Brewery District will be hosting three new beer-themed tours this year. The first is a seasonal addition of the popular Prohibition Resistance Tour, while the other two will celebrate a new Cincinnati brewing heritage book and Christian Moerlein's future brewing operations in OTR.
Following a week delay in opening due to permitting issues, the Over-the-Rhine Biergarten returned last weekend to its summer-long post at historic Findlay Market.
