Home ReStart is working with Cincinnati-based Neyer Properties to purchase and renovate historic homes throughout the Cincinnati region. The new partnership has renovated seven historic properties to-date, and sold five of them with another home currently under contract. The secret to the effort's success so far has, unsurprisingly, been the location of the properties.
