We discuss St. Louis’ status as an independent city, and dive into the history surrounding the city’s MetroLink light rail system that recently celebrated 20 years of service. We also compare the urbanist movement in St. Louis to what’s happening in Cincinnati, and compare how the two cities are dealing with urban interstate highways.
