3C Rail not dead yet according to All Aboard Ohio leaders

Ohio Governor-elect John Kasich has pledged to “kill” the state’s plan for developing passenger rail between Cincinnati and Cleveland. The pledge has sparked Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood to redistribute Ohio’s $400M money for the project to other states, but All Aboard Ohio leaders say that they project isn’t dead yet.
