It's great to see your streetcar project get FTA funding. Baltimore's system is not nearly as far along and seems to lack the local stakeholder support Cincy has. We'll be following your implementation closely as a possible model for our streetcar.

On Sale!

Name the Cincinnati Streetcar, yours' for only 13.5 Million.

One MLB player could pay the rest of the funding needed. How bout it MLB?

I can hear "Short Vine" waking up as a cool place to be, I can hear an integrated city and happy folks getting around affordably and efficiently, but I can't hear the streetcar, because it's modern, and quiet!

Thank you Randy and UrbanCincy for your continued support for the streetcar; sometimes Cincinnati has to be dragged to the here and now!

Lets keep it up!

The Cincinnati Streetcar has now secured $114.5 million out of the $128 million needed. So that means another $13.5 million is needed to fully finance the project. This money could come from TIGER II (federal), TRAC II (state), Small/New Starts, or private contributions. There may be other sources, but those are the ones off the top of my head.

Excellent news! And thanks Urban Cincy for having been such a strong advocate of the proposed streetcar system.
